Quality Control
One of the greatest challenges in construction is Quality Control. This is the area in which we put our greatest focus because it's something that can never be mastered without diligent oversight. Quality issues are inherent in any construction or remodeling endeavor. There is not a framer, a drywaller a carpet installer, etc. in the industry that won't encounter problems. The differentiator is how a company handles those problems. It is our mission to do whatever it takes to do the job right and to meet the highest standards.
Project Management
Our Project Managers are the liason between the installers and the client. They oversee the entire project from the inception to completion. They are available to you for any discrepencies or areas of concern regarding the installation. They manage the installation to ensure Select Interiors high standards are met and that the installation is done on time and correctly.
When the project is complete, the project manager completes a walk-thru with the client to point out any items in need of attention. The Project Manager makes sure the punch list is completed to the clients satisfaction.
Field Measuring
We dispatch an installation expert to survey the project to determine what challenges may arise during the installation. They also take every measurement possible to guarantee the perfect fit for whichever product is scheduled for installation. The project manager also looks for areas of poor existing design that could pose a challenge and offers suggestions on how to overcome potential barriers to a smooth installation.
Commercial & Custom Home Estimation
Our estimators learn in-depth what the project entails along with all specifications. They determine the quantities of each product needed and scan blue-prints into CAD to ensure there are no excess materials ordered and no shortages in materials ordered. We can also supply builders with budgetary numbers even before ground is broken on a project.
